The Greeley History Museum, 714 8th St., hosts Susan Seager, local resident and researcher, for its First Friday presentation on Friday, Oct. 3, at 6 p.m.
During the event, Seager will present her in-depth research around Dorothy Gardiners 1934 novel A Drink for Mr. Cherry. The novel mimics the real events of a murder mystery that happened in Greeley in the early 1900s.
Did these events actually occur? Which prominent murder case could it be?
This is a free event and doors open at 5:30 p.m. The presentation is expected to be an hour long. The museums gallery will be open until 7:30 p.m.
