FOR RELEASE — University of Northern Colorado Brewing Laboratory Science Program Coordinator Michael D. Mosher, presents “The Science of Beer and Brewing” on Friday, August 5, at 6 p.m., in the Greeley History Museum Community Room, 714 8th St.
The presentation is part of the museum’s First Friday series, which is a free public event aimed at providing historical context to various topics relevant to Weld County history. This particular First Friday ties thematically to the museum’s current exhibit Temperance on Tap.
According to Mosher, his presentation will cover the basic processes used in brewing beer and much of the science involved in the beverage’s preparation.
The next First Friday Presentation is “A Grave Error and Other Memorable Reference Questions” featuring Margaret Langley, a genealogy librarian from the Centennial Park Library, on Sept. 2.
