Author William Reich discusses his book, Colorado Industries of the Past during this years final First Friday presentation at the Greeley History Museum, 714 8th St., on Friday, Nov. 7, at 6 p.m. Reich’s presentation focuses on the industries that made Greeley and Weld County an important part of Colorado history from the 1800’s to the 1900’s.
Reich is a native Coloradoan and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Business Management and Mechanical Engineering. His book has been described as giving readers the ability to &discover the lost industries of Colorados pastfrom cigar manufacturing to food canning and everything in between.
