The Greeley History Museum, 714 8th St., is hosting its Holiday Heritage Open House on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free and part of the Downtown Development Authoritys Holiday Open House in support of Small Business Saturday.
Enjoy craft activities with the kids, games and photos with Cowboy Santa at this years Holiday Heritage Open House. Stop by the museum between noon and 3 p.m. to visit with a surprise special guest, courtesy of the Greeley Chick-Fil-A.
The museum collections department will have an artifact guessing game in the lower gallery. Participants in the game will be entered to win a prize. The Hazel E. Johnson Research Center will be holding a special exhibit of 2-D seasonal-related items pulled from the museums collections.
Twenty-three downtown Greeley businesses, including the Greeley History Museum, are hosting a bingo contest with prizes. Pick up a bingo card at the Greeley History Museum or another participating business and have it stamped for your chance to enter to win $1,200 in prizes and gift cards. No purchase necessary.
In addition to the Holiday Heritage Open House, Selmas Sale has moved to the Greeley History Museum. Selmas Sale offers unique gift ideas at discounted prices from Nov. 29 through Dec. 20.
